Application

AGS-40C type rebar straight thread rolling machine is mainly used to process screw threads on rebar ends for architecture projects. It is the key equipment to realize rebar parallel thread splicing. It can process grades HRB335，HRB400 and HRB500 ribbed rebars with diameter 16mm-40mm.

Feature

1. Our machine is compact in structure, stable in operation, and of automatic opening-closing mechanism for rib stripping device, need only 30 seconds to finish a threaded end.

2. Adopt thread cold rolling technology. No cutting of rebar parent metal, the strength of threaded end is higher than its parent metal.

3. Widely used. Being able to process Grades HRB335，HRB400 and HRB500 ribbed rebar with diameter 16－40mm.

Simple operation, need no technicians, the threaded end could be produced in advance without influencing the construction period.
